Cell phones are a great invention as we have everything at the tips of our fingers, and we don’t have to worry about contacting people when we are in an emergency situation. However, one person says, “I just wish I turn my cell phone off and not be bothered. I miss having just a ‘home’ phone.” As one realist puts it, though, “Expectations are different nowadays.”
Victorian Fashion

While you can rummage through Goodwill stores and vintage stores, one person wishes “Victorian fashion and style” would come back on a bigger scale. We do agree that the Victorian style is very glamorous, but we are not sure if the trend will fully return.

The joy of traveling on an airplane used to be such a special event where people dressed up, but now it is a much more casual affair, and some people don’t like it. Another asset that they wanted was “seats that don’t require athletic wear to squeeze yourself into.”

Online life isn’t for everyone, especially the person who said, “I feel like because everybody is so easy to contact now, people are less willing to meet up (or even speak on the phone) unless there’s a ‘reason.’” While we do enjoy the convenience of talking to people online, we do agree that more face-to-face meetings would be nice.

This is something that we all wish for! Talking of politics, another user said, “Politicians fighting on the front lines with their soldiers” is something that people would like to see a return. While the latter statement may not always be possible, it does seem that there is a general consensus that some politicians are all talk and no action.
